We're a student-led movement raising up a generation radically transformed by Jesus, equipped to lead with courage, and empowered to change the world around them.
Everything we do flows from these two core commitments
To spark revival across Perth by raising up a generation of students who are radically transformed by Jesus, equipped to lead with courage, and empowered to change the world around them. We create authentic Christian community where students discover real faith, deep friendships, and purposeful mission.
We envision Perth universities filled with students who are healed, on fire for God, and equipped to lead. We see prayer groups springing up everywhere, worship breaking out, lives transformed, families restored, and communities changed. We're not waiting for someone else—we are the revival Perth needs.
From humble beginnings to a global movement transforming campuses
It all started with evangelical student gospel camps at Charalkunnu, Kerala, India under the leadership of Prof. Mathew P. Thomas. What began as a small gathering of students passionate about prayer and evangelism would grow into a global movement.
The Inter-Collegiate Prayer Fellowship (ICPF) was officially established in Kerala, India. The first mobile outreach team, "ANGELOS I," was launched, bringing the gospel to campuses across India. A student-led movement was born.
ICPF expanded rapidly, launching "ANGELOS II" in 1996. By the early 2000s, ICPF had over 80 staff workers and more than 500 campus units across Indian states including Karnataka, Maharashtra, Punjab, Gujarat, Delhi, West Bengal, Tamil Nadu, and beyond.
ICPF spread to 15+ countries worldwide including Cambodia, Vietnam, Laos, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Myanmar, USA, and Australia. The vision expanded: "Reaching and impacting generations for Christ from every nation, tribe, and tongue."
ICPF Perth launched with a vision to bring the movement's proven model to Western Australia. Starting with small gatherings across Perth universities, a new chapter began—rooted in the same DNA of prayer, community, and mission that started in Kerala.
We're still young in Perth, but we're part of something massive. With global backing, proven models, and a fresh generation of leaders, ICPF Perth is building toward the same transformation we've seen worldwide. The best is yet to come.
From Kerala to Cambodia to Perth, ICPF's DNA remains the same: prayer-fueled, student-led, Gospel-centered transformation
Founded in 1980 by Prof. Mathew P. Thomas, ICPF began as a vision for prayer-centered campus ministry. Today, ICPF India has 500+ campus units and 80+ staff workers transforming universities across the nation.
ICPF spread to Cambodia, Vietnam, Laos, Myanmar, Sri Lanka, and Nepal. Student-led groups are seeing breakthrough in regions where Christianity is often marginalized, proving the Gospel's power transcends culture.
ICPF reached the USA, bringing the movement's model to American campuses. From Dallas to beyond, the vision remains: reaching post-high school students with the transforming power of Jesus Christ.
Over 40+ years, ICPF has touched tens of thousands of students worldwide. Countless testimonies of salvation, healing, leadership development, and lifelong faith journeys trace back to ICPF's ministry.
Mobile outreach teams (ANGELOS I & II), annual camps, prayer fellowships, discipleship programs—ICPF's model has been tested across cultures and proven effective for genuine student transformation.
Since 2017, ICPF Perth has brought this global heritage to Western Australia. We're building on 40+ years of proven impact, adapting for Perth's unique context while staying true to ICPF's core DNA.

Serving our communities, sharing the Gospel, and connecting with the global ICPF network.
Alumni who've experienced ICPF's impact continue the legacy by providing prayer support, mentorship, and financial backing
CGPF members are graduates, seniors, parents, and ministers who love God's work among students. They gather regularly to provide powerful prayer support for campus ministries, student leaders, and upcoming events like camps and outreach.
Beyond prayer, CGPF provides crucial ministerial guidance and financial backing that enables ICPF to reach more students. They're proof that once you experience ICPF's impact, you never stop wanting to invest in the next generation.
"ICPF transformed my life in university. Now, through CGPF, I get to help transform the next generation. It's the best investment I've ever made."
— CGPF Member, Sydney
The Bible is God's Word—completely trustworthy, relevant for today, and our guide for life. We don't cherry-pick verses; we dig deep into Scripture together and let it transform how we live.
One God in three persons—Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. He created everything, loves deeply, and actively works in our lives today. He's not distant or disconnected; He's personal and present.
Jesus is fully God and fully human. He lived a perfect life, died on the cross for our sins, and rose from the dead. Through Him, we have forgiveness, new life, and direct access to God. He's not just a historical figure—He's alive and active.
We're saved by God's grace through faith in Jesus—not by being "good enough" or following rules. Salvation is a free gift that brings forgiveness, transformation, and eternal life. It's the beginning of a real relationship with God.
The Holy Spirit lives in every believer, empowering us to live for God, guiding us into truth, and giving us spiritual gifts to serve others. He's not a vague "force"—He's God with us, actively working in our lives.
We're designed for relationship—with God and with each other. Authentic community isn't optional; it's essential. We believe in being real, supporting one another, and growing together in faith.
We're called to share God's love through word and action—caring for others, working for justice, and inviting people to experience God's transforming power. Faith isn't just personal; it's meant to change the world.
Jesus is coming back. This life isn't all there is—heaven and hell are real. We're living for something that lasts beyond our time on earth, with hope for a renewed creation where God's justice and love reign forever.
Hear from students who've experienced transformation
I came to ICPF broken and searching. Within weeks, I found a community that actually cared. Through prayer, real conversations, and seeing God work, my entire perspective changed. I'm not the same person anymore—and I'm so grateful for that.
I was skeptical about Christianity. But ICPF gave me a safe space to ask hard questions without judgment. The authenticity here is real. After months of wrestling with faith, I finally encountered Jesus personally—and everything clicked.
Camp 2025 wrecked me in the best way. God showed up powerfully, and I experienced breakthrough I'd been desperately needing. The friends I made there aren't just connections—they're family who continue walking with me.
Whether you're exploring faith for the first time or looking to deepen your relationship with God, you belong here. Come as you are and discover what it means to be part of something bigger.
